BLUEGRASS CEILI ACADEMY “FREE CLASSES FOR A YEAR” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, registration, or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR: Bluegrass Ceili Academy, Lexington, KY (“Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States residing in Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (or parents/legal guardians entering on behalf of a minor child). Void where prohibited. Employees, instructors and immediate family members of Bluegrass Ceili Academy are not eligible to win.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 8, 2026.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

  • Free class entry: Complete an official paper or digital entry form during attendance at one of Bluegrass Ceili Academy’s designated free preview classes.
  • Event entry: Complete an official entry form at the Bluegrass Ceili Academy booth during the Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day event.
  • Bring-a-friend entry: Active Bluegrass Ceili Academy students who bring a guest to a free preview class or event may submit one entry form for themselves and one for their guest.
  • Alternate means of entry (AMOE): To enter without attending an event, mail or email your full name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address to info@bluegrassceili.com with the subject line “Tuition Contest Entry.” Email entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 8, 2026.
  • Limit: Maximum of two (2) entries per individual regardless of entry method.

6. PRIZE & PRIZE CONDITIONS:

  • Grand prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive full tuition reimbursement/credit for one (1) student enrolled in Bluegrass Ceili Academy for the 2026–2027 class season (Approximate retail value: $150).
  • Conditions: The prize is issued as tuition reimbursement. To receive reimbursement, the selected winner (or their designated student) must be fully registered and appear on the official class roster by the October 8, 2026. If the selected winner is not registered and listed on the roster by October 8, 2026, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from remaining eligible entries.
  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on October 9, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or fails to meet the roster condition by October 9, 2026, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failure impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Bluegrass Ceili Academy from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. WINNER LIST: For the name of the winner, send an email to info@bluegrassceili.com within 30 days after October 5, 2026.
